Delivery Policy

Upon receipt of your order, you will immediately be able to download all your purchased files and you will receive an email with download links. 

If you do not receive the digital product link upon purchasing or you do not receive an email from us, you can contact info@youplanners.com within 5 days from the date of your order with your transaction/payment details to ensure your product is delivered as soon as possible. If you do not contact us within 5 days from the date of your order, the item(s) you purchased will be considered received, downloaded, and delivered to you.
